ATM An ATM and a change machine are located in the Main
Lobby if the hospital. It is available for use by our patients and their
visitors.
Cell Phone Usage The Hospital uses equipment which is
highly sensitive computerized technology. Cell phones may interfere with this
technology, and therefore the use of cell phones is NOT permitted inside of the
building. Cell phone calls may be made or received outside of the building.
Concierge What is a Concierge at Cape Cod
Hospital? You will recognize us by our cranberry colored jackets and
sunny smiles. We are located in the Main Lobby by the Information Desk. Our
hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00
p.m.
What do we do? We enjoy our diverse activities, which include
perceiving patient and visitor needs, escorting visitors/patients to various
locations, finding transportation and accommodations for our patient's
out-of-town families. We willingly attempt to provide support for anyone
entering the hospital. Our extension is 27520.
Food Services Cafeteria (located off the
lobby of the Mugar Building) Visitors are welcome to visit the newly
renovated cafeteria and dining room in the Mugar Building.
Gift Shop The Cape Cod Hospital Auxiliary is responsible
for daily management and staffing the gift shop with volunteers. All proceeds
from the gift shop are donated back to the hospital. Unique gifts, greeting
cards, magazines, newspapers, candy and fresh flowers are just a few of the
items available. Hours are from 9:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Monday - Friday and
10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Valet Parking
& Other Parking Valet Parking is available at no charge in front
of the Cape Cod Hospital main lobby and in front of the Davenport-Mugar
Cancer Center Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m until 4:00 p.m. For
valet parked cars that need to be returned after 4:00 p.m. please contact
Security at Extension 22500.
Parking is also available in the front of the hospital and in
two additional parking lots to the south of the main entrance to the Hospital.
These areas are marked by signage and patrolled by parking lot attendants.
Shuttle Van service is provided to and from the south lots from 6:00 a.m. to
8:30 p.m. seven days a week.
Smoking For the health of patients, visitors, and
staff, Cape Cod Hospital is a smoke-free institution.

to ensure high-quality care for all patients, Cape Cod Hospital strictly
enforces visiting hours. All visitors must use the main entrance of the
hospital. Visiting hours are:
Regular Patient Floors:
1:00pm - 8:00pm
Maternity:
12:00 Noon - 8pm
Pediatrics:
11:30am - 8:30pm
Gynecology:
12:00 Noon - 8:00pm
CCU (Coronary Care):
Ten minutes out of every hour, one visitor at a
time. Immediate family only.
ICU (Intensive Care):
Ten minute of every hour, From 11:00 a.m. - 2:00
p.m.And 5:00 - 8:00p.m. Two visitors at a time, immediate family
only.
